Steamed pumpkin with fried chickpeas

  • 1 can (420 gr.) Canned chickpeas, drain the liquid and rinse
  • 3 tbsp. l (45 gr.) Butter
  • 4 thinly chopped green onions
  • Cooked brown rice to serve (optional)
  • 1/4 Art. thinly chopped fresh mint
  • Toasted sesame seeds, for decoration

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put the pumpkin, cauliflower and ginger in a large steam a basket placed over a stewpan with slowly boiling water, salt it. Cover. Cook until vegetables are tender (approximately 25 minutes).
