  1. Knead a simple dough. Mix part of the flour with water and salt. Add the remaining flour portionwise and knead thoroughly.

  2. By consistency, the dough should turn out like dumplings.

  3. Add minced herbs, spices, salt and zucchini, chopped a cube.

  4. Roll the dough into a thin layer and cut into a rectangle. Minced meat evenly distribute over the dough and wrap in a roll.

  5. Steam for 30 minutes.
