  1. We wash the chicken fillet and wipe it with a paper towel.
  2. We spread in a container with a lid.
  3. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  4. Add spices and salt to the chicken.
  5. Add soy sauce, garlic and sour cream.
  6. Mix well and pickle an hour or more.
  7. Spread in a container for steaming.
  8. Pour a glass of water into the multicooker bowl.
  9. We put the slow cooker in the “Steamer” mode for 25 minutes.
