  1. We chop the washed chicken fillet into minced meat using a meat grinder or blender. Salt a little.
  2. Three peeled onions on a grater. Pour couscous with boiling water, cover lid and let it brew until the cereal softens.
  3. Drain the couscous and add the grits and grated onions to stuffing.
  4. We drive in a raw chicken egg and stir the minced meat until smooth consistency.
  5. With hands slightly moistened in water, we sculpt small balls. We send them to the freezer for 20 minutes so that they “froze” a little.
  6. Cooking hedgehogs in a slow cooker in the “Double boiler” mode 25-30 minutes.
