Recipe preparation:
- Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, starch, 2 tbsp. In a bowl. l water and 2 tsp sesame oil. Add meat and mix.
- Heat a large frying pan over high heat; add 2 tsp. sesame oil. Then put in the pan green onions, cucumber and cabbage; fry, stirring frequently, until vegetables begin soften, about 2 minutes. Add carrots and 1/4 tbsp. water; stir fry until water evaporates and vegetables become soft, 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and wipe the pan.
- Heat the remaining 2 hours in a pan over medium heat. l sesame oil. Add ginger and jalapenos; fry often stirring for 30 seconds. Put the steak on the pan with a slotted spoon and fry, stirring until it is browned, 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the marinade from the steak into the pan and cook, stirring, until thickening, about 2 minutes. Return the vegetables to the pan and warm. Serve with rice.
