  1. Carrots, onions, peel, wash. Cut onion thin half rings. Grind carrots through a medium grater.
  2. Squid, slightly thawed, peel, wash, cut straws.
  3. Fry the onion in vegetable oil in a saucepan.
  4. Put the carrots, simmer for three minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Put the squid, lightly salt, pepper, simmer three more minutes, also stirring. Serve on a dish, sprinkled with herbs. You can file with cherry tomatoes and quail eggs.
