  1. Finely chop the garlic, rosemary, mix with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  2. For champignons on hats, make a cross-shaped incision. Squids cut in half.
  3. Transfer mushrooms and squid in a bowl, pour cooked mixture and leave for 20 minutes.
  4. Then string squids and mushrooms alternately and fry over the coals or grill 5 minutes.
