Spring vegetables with green pea dip

Fresh vegetables with dip sauce – a healthy and tasty appetizer, which will be a hit on friendly gatherings. Spread the radish on the dish, chopped cucumbers, bell peppers and carrots, lightly steamed asparagus and green beans. And in the middle put in a bowl of garlic green pea aioli sauce. Blanched peas chopped in a food processor together with the rest of the ingredients, gives the sauce a stunning velvety texture. Dip crispy vegetables in it and enjoy a refreshing вкусом закуски. Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 tbsp. frozen peas
  • 2 small cloves of garlic
  • 0.5 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp. l lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 1 tsp chopped dill
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Assorted vegetables: e.g. steamed asparagus and green beans, chopped bell peppers, radishes, carrots, cucumbers

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour water into a medium-sized pot and bring to a boil. Add the peas and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Flip on colander and rinse under cold water.
  2. Turn on the food processor and add garlic to finely chop it chop it up. Add peas, mayonnaise, lemon, olive oil, dill, cayenne pepper, 1/4 tsp salt, black pepper and grind until homogeneous consistency.
  3. Transfer dip sauce into a small bowl. Serve with vegetables for dipping.
