Spread the radish on the dish, chopped cucumbers, bell peppers and carrots, lightly steamed asparagus and green beans. And in the middle put in a bowl of garlic green pea aioli sauce. - 1 tbsp. frozen peas
- 2 small cloves of garlic
- 0.5 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp. l lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1 tsp chopped dill
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
- Assorted vegetables: e.g. steamed asparagus and green beans, chopped bell peppers, radishes, carrots, cucumbers

Recipe preparation:
- Pour water into a medium-sized pot and bring to a boil. Add the peas and cook until soft, about 5 minutes. Flip on colander and rinse under cold water.
- Turn on the food processor and add garlic to finely chop it chop it up. Add peas, mayonnaise, lemon, olive oil, dill, cayenne pepper, 1/4 tsp salt, black pepper and grind until homogeneous consistency.
- Transfer dip sauce into a small bowl. Serve with vegetables for dipping.
