Ingredients for the recipe:
- 450 gr ready-made pizza dough, room temperature (recipe pizza dough see here)
- Flour
- Olive oil
- 170 gr coarsely chopped green onions
- Coarse salt
- 1 tbsp. ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp finely grated lemon peel
- Coarse sea salt
- Coarse black pepper
- 1/4 Art. fresh basil leaves
- Grated Parmesan cheese, topped with

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 250 ° C. Divide the dough into 4 parts and roll from each on a floured work surface round layers with a diameter of 15 cm. Grease a baking sheet with olive oil. Place layers of dough on a baking sheet and bake until golden color for approximately 12 minutes
- Heat in a pan 1 tbsp. l olive oil to medium temperature. Add green onions and sprinkle with coarse salt. Fry in a pan under the lid for 1 min.
- Mix in a bowl ricotta cheese, lemon zest and 1 tbsp. l olive oil. Grease the baked cakes with olive oil, then cover with cheese mixture. Sprinkle with sea salt and coarsely ground black pepper. Put the green onions on top. Return the pizza to the oven and continue to bake for another 2 minutes.
- Sprinkle hot mini pizzas with basil leaves, parmesan and drizzle with olive oil.
