  1. Peel potatoes, chop, dip in boiling water, cook about 10 minutes.
  2. Rinse rice with cold water. Add to potatoes. Cook until half-cooked rice for another 10 minutes.
  3. Salt the broth, put pepper and bay leaf in it.
  4. Bulgarian pepper peel, cut into quarters and chop.
  5. Chop the carrots and onions.
  6. Fry onion, carrots and bell peppers in oil.
  7. Put frying in the broth, simmer over low heat 10 minutes.
  8. Mix the egg with milk and salt, add flour, knead dough.
  9. Put half of chopped greens in the dough, form dumplings.
  10. Put the canned food in a pan and let the soup boil.
  11. Dumplings dipped in boiling soup and cook until cooked 5-6 minutes.
  12. Pour the remaining chopped greens into the pan, bring to boil, turn off the soup. Insist 5-10 minutes.
