Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts – A Detailed recipe cooking.
Time: 1 hour.Difficulty: easy Servings: 8 Measured containers are used in recipes volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 8 large chicken breasts
- 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 chopped stalks of fresh green onions
- 1 medium sized chopped onion
- 450 gr frozen spinach (rinse, squeeze excess water)
- 1/2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 2 eggs
- 450 gr crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tbsp. l ground pepper
- Olive oil
- Lemon
- Oregano

Recipe preparation:
- Pour olive oil into a saucepan, put on medium heat and add both types of onions. Sauté a minute, then add the spinach. Fry for about 10 minutes.
- Preheat the grill in the oven. Transfer the spinach mixture to a bowl and cool. Add dill, feta, pepper and very good mix.
- Cut the chicken breasts with a butterfly and stuff with a mixture of spinach and feta cheese. Breast and grill for 10 min. from each side. After 15 minutes pour chicken breasts olive oil, add lemon juice and oregano and serve with green beans.
