- We clean the shrimp.
- Let’s prepare the shrimp marinade. Mix finely chopped parsley, 3 tablespoons olive oil, chopped on thin plates, garlic and black pepper to taste.
- Put the shrimp in the marinade and leave in the refrigerator for 60 minutes.
- Boil hard-boiled eggs, cool, peel and cut into quarters.
- Cut red fish into thin strips.
- Put the shrimps on the grill pan and lightly shrimp them fry.
