- First, let’s prepare the dressing. We clean shallots and finely chopped. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Sliced Bacon cut into strips with a width of about 1 cm. Bacon spread on pan and heat for about 10 minutes over medium heat.
- Using a slotted spoon, we get the bacon. In the pan with the remaining fat put the garlic and shallots. Add brown sugar and well mix. Remove from heat. Add olive oil and vinegar, mix with a whisk, add pepper and salt.
- Pour cold water into a saucepan or stewpan, spread the eggs. Bring to a boil over low heat, turn off the heat and cover with a lid. After 10 minutes, the eggs will be ready. Ready eggs peel and cut into 4 parts.
- Peel the onion and cut into thin feathers. Champignon wipe with a cloth. We remove the legs, and cut the hats into thin slices.
- Remove the crust from the bread, cut the crumb into cubes, quickly fry until golden in a pan, where we fried bacon (adding some olive oil).
- Wash and dry the spinach. Put in a bowl, add mushrooms and onions. Fill with warm dressing and put on a plate. On Spinach spread croutons and eggs, sprinkle with fried bacon. Serve the salad warm.
