  2. On a slow fire, melt the butter, add the flour, stirring. Spinach Puree
  3. Add nutmeg and cream, cook for a couple of minutes, stirring.
  4. Add the spinach, cook for two minutes. Spinach Puree
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add paprika and grated cheese.
  6. Grind everything to a state of mashed potatoes, warm the mashed potatoes yet a minute.
