  1. Boil water in a large pot. Add salt. Boil it noodles until cooked, but do not digest. Tilt the noodles into a colander. Allow water to drain.
  2. Heat oil in a deep pan, add finely chopped spinach. Sauté the spinach over low heat until cooked. Add green peas and a teaspoon of raisins for taste. Mix. Remove from fire.
  3. Put the noodles in a pan with spinach and green peas. Mix gently. Arrange noodles on plates. When applying to table sprinkle noodles with ground pepper to taste.
