The option is very easy to prepare at home and delicious soup. In summer, I make such a soup with fresh sorrel, and in winter – with frozen spinach.

- Wash the legs, put in a pan and pour 3-3.5 liters of cold water.
- Put on fire and bring to a boil, remove the foam, add salt, add the whole onion.
- Cook over low heat for 40-60 minutes under the lid.
- During this time, peel and chop the carrots and potatoes. We get everything from the broth: throw the onion, separate the chicken from the bones and cut. AT Put the broth carrots, potatoes and chopped chicken.
- Cook until vegetables are ready (10-15 minutes).
- Put the spinach in the soup, stir. I buy spinach already cut, so I do not defrost it. Look at the packaging! Sometimes spinach is sold not chopped in the same balls. This is necessary defrost and cut.
- I cook another 10 minutes under the lid. The soup is ready. This soup tastes better Serve with sour cream and boiled egg. Have a nice appetite!
