  1. Chill the chicken stock in the refrigerator.
  2. Remove fat from a cold chicken stock with a spoon or strain it through a wet towel.
  3. Rice wash several times in cold water and boil until semi-preparedness.
  4. Bring the chicken stock to a boil, put rice in it and cook 5 minutes.
  5. Rinse the spinach in cold water, dry and chop.
  6. Put spinach in soup and cook for 5 minutes.
