Is it possible to cook something very tasty, healthy and at the same time not come into conflict with your beliefs? It is possible and even necessary! Everything, what you need is rice with spicy vegetables.

A recipe with many ingredients and seasonings

During fasting, it is not necessary to follow the share of martyrs and deny yourself literally everything. Delicious spicy vegetables with one of useful side dishes (rice) will always be in time and place. Dish served as main and can be complemented by any lean salad. In order for the dish to work, you need to stock up on many necessary ingredients and patience, but the result will be higher all praise.

The main ingredients:

  • pumpkin – 300 g;
  • spinach – 150 g;
  • rice – 100 g;
  • ginger root – 1 pc.;
  • fresh chili pepper – 1 pc.;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • soy sauce – 2 tablespoons;
  • green onions – a few feathers;
  • vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon;
  • sesame oil, honey, sweet paprika in cereal – 1 tea each spoon.

Cooking method

Cook rice in accordance with the instructions on the package. Pumpkin washed, peeled and cut into small cubes, chili peppers rings. Next, clean the garlic, squeeze the flat side of the knife and finely chopped. We clean ginger and three on a fine grater.

In a pan, we simultaneously heat both sunflower and Sesame oil. Add chopped garlic, chili, ginger, pumpkin, honey, then pour half a glass of hot water (for this must be heated kettle) and bring the pumpkin to readiness. This the product is not prepared so slowly, so do not be distracted by something else.

My green onion and cut into rings. Part sent to a frying pan to the floor of the finished pumpkin along with spinach. Once the pumpkin will be ready, pour soy sauce directly into the pan into it, mix thoroughly and add boiled rice and sweet paprika. Mix again and keep on fire no more than 2 minutes.

The dish is served on a large heated plate sprinkled on top green onions.

Tasty options: if acute is contraindicated to you, then instead chili peppers can use small red sweet Bulgarian pepper, but first remove the skin from it so that it is in the process the absorption did not spoil the whole impression and taste of the dish.
