With the acquisition of the multicooker, cooking began to take significantly less time. Tasty tomato sauce with chicken fillet is very just cook at home in the slow cooker. You can make gravy and Serve with pasta, buckwheat, rice or mashed potatoes.

- Chicken fillet cut into small pieces.
- Wash and clean vegetables.
- Dice tomatoes and bell peppers.
- Grate the carrots.
- Dice the onion.
- Finely chop the garlic and herbs.
- We put the slow cooker in the “frying” mode for 30 minutes.
- Fry the chicken fillet for about 10-15 minutes. In the pan the frying process is faster and the liquid evaporates faster but in a slow cooker it would take much more time, so I drained the excess liquid (not pour, we still need it).
- Add onions and carrots to the fillet, fry for 5 minutes.
- Next, add the tomato paste, mix.
- Add bell pepper, fry for 5 minutes.
- Add the tomatoes, fry until the signal.
- We put the slow cooker in the “roast” mode for 30 minutes.
- Pour the chicken fillet juice and water (about 1-2 cups) into depending on what consistency you want to make gravy.
- Add soy sauce, bay leaves, spices, lemon juice and sugar to taste. The sharpness is adjustable to taste, I like it more sharply, therefore added chili jalapenos. Close the lid of the multicooker.
- 15 minutes before the end of cooking add garlic and herbs.
- We serve the finished dish with a side dish, I served with pasta.
