Spicy stuffed eggs

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, cut in half and get yolks
  • 1/3 Art. sour cream
  • 1/4 Art. crumbled fried bacon
  • 1 tsp Sriracha sauce (spicy Asian pepper sauce Chile)
  • 1 tbsp. l chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp lime zest, and more for sprinkling
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • Salt

Recipe preparation:

  1. Grind the yolks into a paste, add sour cream, bacon, sauce sriracha, cilantro, mustard, zest and lime juice. Salt to taste and mix.
  2. Fill the egg whites with the mixture and sprinkle with zest lime.
