- Boil 200 gr of chicken breast, 2 eggs, 1 carrot, 5 potato.
- Dice the breast and finely half the onion, fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes, add 30 ml. soy sauce and stew another 3 minutes.
- Dice boiled and cooled vegetables, eggs, 6 salted cucumbers, half onion.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, add 100 gr as well green peas and a bunch of chopped fresh dill, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Refuel 2 tbsp. mayonnaise, mix.
- Spread with a serving ring or just beautiful to the plate.
- Decorate with a sprig of greenery.
