Inexpensive and quick version of a delicious soup that you can cook at home with dumplings. The dumpling dough is made with bacon and onions.

- Slice the lard and fry it on a tablespoon vegetable oil.
- Chopped onion in a small dice should be darkened in fat until caramel color.
- Peel potatoes, cut into slices and pour water. Cook until cooked for 20 minutes.
- Divide the fried onions with bacon. In one half pour grated carrots, hot peppers and granulated garlic, mix everything, fry for 5 minutes and put on the potatoes. Cook 10 minutes.
- Pour flour into the second half 150 gr. and 80-100 ml. water. Knead the dough and salt it.
- Scoop the dough with a teaspoon and spread it in boiling soup. Cook for 5-7 minutes
- Pour green peas 5 minutes before the end of cooking. When serving sprinkle with dill.
