Spicy Pea Curry Chicken Curry

Tender chicken fillet was immersed in curry sauce and lightly stewed.

  • 2 tbsp. l tomato paste
  • 1.5 tsp curry powder
  • 1.5 tsp spice mixes garam masala
  • 1.5 tbsp. chicken broth
  • 0.5 tbsp. natural yogurt
  • 4 pieces of naan muffin

Recipe preparation:

  1. Place a large thick-walled pan on the middle the fire. While the pan is warming, chop finely onion with a volume of approximately on 1 tbsp. with the top. Pour rapeseed oil into the pan, dispensing it over the entire surface, add onion and a large pinch of salt and fry until golden brown for 3 minutes, continuously stirring.
