Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 225 gr. thin chinese noodle lo maine
  • 340 gr minced pork
  • 1/4 Art. plus 2 tsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp. l chopped peeled fresh ginger
  • 1/4 Art. chicken broth
  • 1/2 tbsp. chopped pickles, plus 1/4 tbsp. pickle from cans
  • 1/4 Art. plus 2 tbsp. l soy sauce
  • 1/4 Art. fried sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp. l chilli sauce
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 cucumbers, cut in half, then thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp. cherry tomatoes or grape tomatoes, chopped

Recipe preparation:

  1. Boil a large pot of water. Pour the noodles and boil, following the directions on the package. Drain and mix the noodles with 2 tsp vegetable oil.
  2. Preheat 1 tbsp. l vegetable oil in a large pan on moderate heat. Add pork and 2 tsp. Ginger Cook kneading meat with a wooden spoon until it is lightly browned about 3 min Add chicken stock, pickles, 2 tbsp. l brine and soy sauce. Cook, scraping all possible darkened pieces until the liquid has evaporated, about 4 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, thoroughly grind in a blender 3 tbsp. l fried sesame seeds for about 15 seconds. Add the remaining 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil and mashed until smooth. Add 1/4 tbsp. water, garlic sauce with chili, brown sugar, the remaining 1/4 tbsp. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. l cucumber pickle and 1 tsp. Ginger Mix in a blender.
  4. Pour sesame dressing over each portion of noodles, add pork, cucumbers and tomatoes. Sprinkle the remaining 1 tbsp. l seed sesame seeds.
