Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 pcs. plum-like tomatoes cut in half
- 2 jalapenos peppers, cut in half and remove the seeds
- 4 unpeeled garlic cloves
- 1/2 tbsp. chopped onions
- 250 gr any fresh mushrooms, cut into slices
- Olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp. chicken broth
- Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 1 lime juice
- Salt

Recipe preparation:
- Fry, stirring the tomatoes, peppers and unpeeled garlic, for 6 minutes. Peel the garlic and mix with vegetables. Transfer the tomato mixture to a bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a pan, add onions and mushrooms, salt. Cover and fry, 8 minutes. Add tomato mixture, chicken broth and a little parsley, stew in within 5 minutes. At the end of cooking, add lime juice.
