Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 pcs. plum-like tomatoes cut in half
  • 2 jalapenos peppers, cut in half and remove the seeds
  • 4 unpeeled garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tbsp. chopped onions
  • 250 gr any fresh mushrooms, cut into slices
  • Olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp. chicken broth
  • Chopped Fresh Parsley
  • 1 lime juice
  • Salt

Recipe preparation:

  1. Fry, stirring the tomatoes, peppers and unpeeled garlic, for 6 minutes. Peel the garlic and mix with vegetables. Transfer the tomato mixture to a bowl.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan, add onions and mushrooms, salt. Cover and fry, 8 minutes. Add tomato mixture, chicken broth and a little parsley, stew in within 5 minutes. At the end of cooking, add lime juice.
