Recipe preparation:

  1. Put the lamb in a large bowl. Add flour and curry mix with meat. Add yogurt, oregano and tomato paste, mix thoroughly again. Cover and set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Put the lamb in a heat-resistant bake and bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 190 C and cook another 25 minutes, occasionally turning over. If lamb starts to burn, cover the mold with foil.
  3. Serve with young potatoes mixed with cilantro and garnish sprigs of cilantro.
