  1. Rinse a piece of pork with running water, cut the film. Cut into 4 pieces.
  2. Pour cold water and cook for an hour and a half. At boil remove foam, put bay leaf, fragrant and black pepper. Salt after 30 minutes from the start of cooking.
  3. After an hour and a half, remove the meat, cut into small pieces, strain the broth. Put the meat back into the broth.
  4. Chop onions into small pieces, fry in oil. Add tomato paste and adjika to the onion, uchi-suneli and ground coriander, fry for about 3 minutes.
  5. Rinse the rice with cold water several times and put in the broth. Boil.
  6. Put the frying in the broth.
  7. Simmer for about 20 minutes.
  8. Add greens and grated garlic at the end of cooking. Turn off fire and let it brew for 20-30 minutes. Serve with a slice lemon.
