Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 tbsp. l ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. l ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp fine salt
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 0.5 tsp ground allspice
  • 0.5 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 110 gr. butter, room temperature, cut into pieces
  • 3/4 Art. granulated sugar
  • 0.5 tbsp. molasses
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1/4 Art. dry egg white

Recipe preparation:
