Spicy crab pasta

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 450 gr spaghetti
  • 450 gr white crab meat
  • 2 tbsp. l canola oil
  • 2 chili peppers, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chop
  • 1 tbsp. dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp. l chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp. l chopped fresh mint
  • 2 tbsp. l grated lemon peel
  • Olive oil for spraying

Recipe preparation:

  1. Boil a large pot of salted water. Spaghetti and cook, following the directions on the packaging, to an al dente state. Save 1 tbsp. cooking water, drain the rest.
  2. Meanwhile, heat the canola oil over medium heat in stewpan with high sides. Add chili peppers and garlic, cook for about 3 minutes. until soft, until the garlic is slightly browned. Pour in the wine and cook for about 5 minutes to make the wine evaporated by half. Add crab meat and warm in within 1 min
  3. Add spaghetti and a little cooking water to the stewpan, cook another minute. Stir in parsley, dill, mint and lemon zest. Sprinkle the paste with olive oil, salt and pepper.
