  1. Cut the pepper into strips.
  2. We spread the shrimp in a frying pan heated with oil.
  3. Add pepper and fry for a couple of minutes.
  4. Add boiled chickpeas.
  5. Mix everything, add spices and cook for about 3-4 minutes.
  6. On a plate, lay the shrimp with chickpeas, washed next to and dried arugula and tomato.
