  • 2 garlic cloves, grated
  • 3 tbsp. l + 1 tsp unrefined olive oil
  • Juice 1 Lemon
  • 2 plums, cut in half and peeled
  • 2 tbsp. l honey
  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into inflorescences
  • 1/4 Art. chopped almonds
  • 0.5 tbsp. low fat plain yogurt

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the grill to moderate heat. Sprinkle 1 tsp chicken. allspice, 1 / 4-1 / 2 tsp cayenne pepper, salt and black pepper to taste; transfer to a large bowl and mix with 1 clove of garlic, 2 tbsp. l olive oil and half lemon juice. Mix in another large bowl of plums with 1 tsp. olive oil remaining 1/4 tsp allspice and add a pinch cayenne pepper and salt.
