For pepper oil:
- 1 tbsp. canola oil
- 2 tbsp. l red pepper flakes
- 1 clove of garlic
- Grated zest of 1 lemon
For pesto sauce:
- 1 tbsp. fresh basil
- 3 tbsp. l pine nuts
- 1/3 Art. grated parmesan, plus a little topping
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Juice 1/2 Lemon
- From 1/3 to 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper

Recipe preparation:
