  • Grated zest of 1 lemon

For pesto sauce:

  • 1 tbsp. fresh basil
  • 3 tbsp. l pine nuts
  • 1/3 Art. grated parmesan, plus a little topping
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Juice 1/2 Lemon
  • From 1/3 to 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper

Recipe preparation:
