- 200 g of chicken breast cut into pieces and beat off finely.
- In 2 eggs, mix with 1 tsp. hot sauce and Adyghe salt, mix.
- 50 gr finely chop walnuts and add to breaded.
- Dip each piece of beaten chicken fillet into eggs, then breaded and fry in warmed vegetable oil.
- Simmer on both sides until golden crusts.
