  1. Take chicken fillet and thighs, rinse with water and dry paper towel.

  7. We prepare a spicy sauce: pour red wine into the chicken stock vinegar and boil this mixture. Remove the boiling mixture from the heat and water the chicken.
  8. We preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake in it chicken with anchovies and vegetables until cooked for 1.5 hours. The exact time depends on the capacity of your oven and the quantity chicken meat.
