Spicy appetizer in tomatoes

One of my favorite cold starter options to festive table. Delicious spicy appetizer is better to cook home made from tomato varieties “Baku” or “cream”. To give them stability when serving dishes cut a little bottom, especially this must be done with cream.

  1. We prepare tomatoes for stuffing. Cut off the top and take the pulp out with a spoon. This must be done carefully so as not to damage the walls. The pulp and “caps” we no longer need.
  2. Wash greens, dry and finely chop with a sharp knife. Garlic skip through the press. Hot peppers are cut very finely, previously removing seeds from it.
  3. Mash cottage cheese with a fork and mix with garlic, herbs and hot pepper.
  4. We fill the “cups” of tomatoes with curd filling. Decorate if desired, herbs and serve.
