Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 4 ears of sweet corn (young corn with white grains or light yellow)
  • 60 gr butter at room temperature
  • 1 clove garlic, chop
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp finely chopped rosemary
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix the butter with garlic, paprika and rosemary; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Boil the corn in salted water until soft, for 5 min Drain and season with spicy oil.
