  1. Boil chicken fillet (3 pcs) in salted water.
  2. Finely chop the onion and add to the pan, add 4 tbsp. sunflower oil, fry until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
  3. Coarsely chop the boiled chicken and add to the pan, fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Rinse the groats well, add water for 10-15 minutes, drain the water and add to pan, mix well.
  5. Add 1.5 liters of chicken stock and salt to taste, mix, bring to a boil (about 10 minutes) and cook on simmer 1-1.5 hours until cooked (water should evaporate). Bon appetit.
