- 1 tbsp. Sahara
- 3 bags of black tea, such as orange pekoy
- 3 sachets of peach tea with herbs
- 1 large peeled, peeled and chopped
- 1/3 Art. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1.5 tbsp. chilled prosecco
- Lemon wedges for serving

Recipe preparation:
- Cook sugar syrup: in a small saucepan pour sugar and pour 1 tbsp. water, bring to a boil. Cook stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and give syrup cool completely. Yield: about 1.5 tbsp. Keep the rest of the syrup, tightly closing the lid in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
- Make tea: brew all tea bags in 3 tbsp. hot water for 10 minutes. Then take out the bags and add 2 tbsp. cold water. Put chopped peach in a blender, add 3/4 tbsp. sugar syrup and lemon juice and beat until obtaining a homogeneous mass. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve. Combine the peach mix with cold tea. Pour half peach tea in ice cube trays and freeze. Remaining Refrigerate peach tea.
- Fill 6 tall glasses with tea ice cubes. Evenly Pour peach tea into glasses. Complete each serving prosecco and a slice of lemon. Serve Stuffed with Salsa slices of avocado.
