- 450 gr peeled and chopped large shrimp
- 1.5 tbsp. processed white rice
- 1/2 tbsp. frozen green peas (thaw)
- 1 medium sliced tomato
- 1 diced small carrot
- 1/2 diced red bell pepper
- 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil
- 1 chopped small onion head
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 1 tbsp. l chopped fresh parsley
- Spicy sauce for serving (optional)

Recipe preparation:
- In a large deep frying pan over medium heat, heat vegetable oil. Put onion, garlic, turmeric and fry until slight onion softness, about 3 min. Add the tomatoes carrots, bell peppers and cook, stirring occasionally, until softness, about 5 minutes Sprinkle 3/4 tsp. salt and pepper to taste.
