Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 450 gr peeled and chopped large shrimp
  • 1.5 tbsp. processed white rice
  • 1/2 tbsp. frozen green peas (thaw)
  • 1 medium sliced tomato
  • 1 diced small carrot
  • 1/2 diced red bell pepper
  • 3 tbsp. l vegetable oil
  • 1 chopped small onion head
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp. l chopped fresh parsley
  • Spicy sauce for serving (optional)

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large deep frying pan over medium heat, heat vegetable oil. Put onion, garlic, turmeric and fry until slight onion softness, about 3 min. Add the tomatoes carrots, bell peppers and cook, stirring occasionally, until softness, about 5 minutes Sprinkle 3/4 tsp. salt and pepper to taste.
