  1. Chop the onion and fry over medium heat in a deep in the pan. Add chopped chives and / or torn off branches of thyme leaves (instead of fresh, you can use dried thyme, but the aroma will not be so saturated). Next to pour dry rice and fry all together for several minutes.
  2. Pour a liter of water (preferably already hot, so that faster boiled) and over low heat cook fried rice for 15-25 minutes under closed lid until it softens.
  3. Send fresh or frozen spinach, lemon to the pan juice and zest. After that, cook rice for no more than a minute to ingredients managed to “get married”, but did not waste useful properties.
  4. Salt the finished dish to taste, pepper and decorate with fresh dill.
