Recipe preparation:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix tilapia, 1 tbsp. l olive oil 1 tsp garlic and 1/4 tsp dried red pepper. Cover and put in the refrigerator.
  2. In a large frying pan over medium heat, heat the remaining 1 tbsp. l olive oil.
