- Boil spaghetti until cooked according to instructions on packaging.
- Peel the garlic and cut into plates.
- On a tomato, make a cross-shaped incision, pour over boiling water and remove the peel.
- Dice.
- Heat the pan, add the olive oil.
- Fry the garlic until golden over medium heat.
- Add tomatoes, fry until soft.
- Add ricotta, mix.
- Salt to taste, add black pepper and dried basil.
- Ready spaghetti add to the tomatoes with ricotta, all mix, warm up a couple of minutes and serve.
- Sprinkle with herbs if desired.
