  1. Soak dried mushrooms for 30 minutes in 500 ml. warm water. Wring out the mushrooms and cut. Set aside water. Spaghetti with Mushroom Stew
  2. Mushrooms are cut into 4 parts.
  3. Thinly carrot and onion.
  4. In a pan, heat 3 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil, fry onions and carrots for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and fry 1 more a minute. Pour into a pan 1 cup of liquid from mushrooms and wine. Cook until the liquid has evaporated by half.
  5. Add tomatoes, salt, pepper to the pan and cook on minimum fire 25 minutes.
  6. Cook the spaghetti, put it in a colander and put it in a deep bowl. Dress with mushroom sauce and mix. Enjoy your meal!
