- Soak dried mushrooms for 30 minutes in 500 ml. warm water. Wring out the mushrooms and cut. Set aside water.
- Mushrooms are cut into 4 parts.
- Thinly carrot and onion.
- In a pan, heat 3 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil, fry onions and carrots for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and fry 1 more a minute. Pour into a pan 1 cup of liquid from mushrooms and wine. Cook until the liquid has evaporated by half.
- Add tomatoes, salt, pepper to the pan and cook on minimum fire 25 minutes.
- Cook the spaghetti, put it in a colander and put it in a deep bowl. Dress with mushroom sauce and mix. Enjoy your meal!
