- 3 tsp olive oil
- 350 gr Italian sausages for frying, remove the shell
- 250 gr frozen mushroom mixture, defrost
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- 3 tbsp. l tomato paste
- 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/4 Art. fat cream
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for sprinkling (optional)

Recipe preparation:
- Bring salted water to a boil in a saucepan. Add spaghetti and cook as much as indicated on the package. Leave 1/2 cup broth, drain the rest of the liquid.
- Meanwhile, heat over medium heat in a large frying pan 1 a teaspoon of olive oil. Add sausage meat and fry, kneading with a wooden spatula, about 5 minutes. Shift minced meat in a bowl.
- Add 2 teaspoons of olive oil and mushrooms, season with salt and pepper, fry until golden brown crusts, 3-4 minutes. Stir in tomato paste and rosemary, fry, stirring for 1 minute. Add the fried minced meat to the pan. to mushrooms, pour cream and 1 glass of water, bring to a boil and cook until thickened, 8-10 minutes. Salt and pepper.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the pan and mix with the sauce, add spaghetti broth as needed. Serve spaghetti with sauce sprinkled with parmesan cheese.
