  1. Cook the pasta until al dente and put it in a colander, retaining 350 ml. water.
  2. Finely chop the onion. On medium heat, heat 1 tbsp. a spoon olive oil in a pan. Add onion, salt a little and cook 2 minutes. Pour the cream and water from the paste. Bring to boil and cook for 1 minute. Remove the pan from the heat, shift spaghetti in the sauce and mix.
  3. Add 3 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, zest, cheese and pepper.
  4. Add chopped basil, cover the pan with a lid and leave for a few minutes. Enjoy your meal!
