- Pour water into a large pot, salt, bring to a boil. Dip spaghetti in boiling water and cook until cooked, stirring occasionally.
- Peel, wash, finely chop the garlic. Cut separately parsley as small as possible.
- Slightly fry the garlic in olive oil by adding a couple of pinch peperonchino. Pour in 10 tbsp. l the water in which it was cooked spaghetti.
- Put spaghetti in a pan, stir a couple of minutes, then sprinkle with parsley and turn off.
- Spread pasta in the form of nests using a fork and ladle.
