We continue the series of main pasta dishes, this times we cook at home spaghetti with a fragrant sauce of porcini mushrooms and fried eggplant. It turns out delicious, satisfying, varied. Also this dish can be made from zucchini, replacing them with eggplant. Breast can be replaced with other sausages, for example, ham, balyk, ham, etc. Spaghetti can also be replaced any pasta to taste, and porcini mushrooms – no less useful and delicious champignons.

  1. Porcini dried mushrooms pour boiling water and leave for half an hour. Then cut them into small pieces.
  2. Slightly fry the onion with oil, add chopped mushrooms, fry over low heat under a lid for ten minutes, stirring.
  3. Add the brisket, diced, lightly fry.
  4. Add the eggplant, also cut into a cube, slightly salt, Spice up. Roast the liner for another twenty minutes.
  5. Add the tomatoes in a cube, fry without a lid for five minutes.
  6. Boil the salted spaghetti in boiling salted water (according to packing instructions).
  7. To fried eggplants with mushrooms and a breast add boiled spaghetti, gently stir everything.
  8. Sprinkle ready-made spaghetti with chopped cheese green.
