Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 small spaghetti pumpkin (about 1 kg.)
  • 3 tbsp. l olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 8 bundles of spicy Italian sausages for frying (from fresh pork, chicken or turkey, approximately 1.5 kg)
  • 1 thinly sliced red bell pepper
  • 1 medium onion, chopped in half and chopped
  • 1 minced clove of garlic
  • 1/4 Art. chopped fresh parsley
  • Freshly grated Parmesan cheese for sprinkling

Recipe preparation:

  1. Cut the pumpkin in half and remove the seeds. Cut side up, place the pumpkin in a bowl suitable for microwave, then pour it 1 tbsp. l olive oil and 1 Art. l water. Salt and pepper the pumpkin.
