Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 340 gr spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp. finely grated Parmesan cheese (approximately 110 gr.), and bit for decoration
  • 6 thick slices of bacon, sliced into slices of 1.25 cm
  • 4 lightly beaten eggs
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 2 tbsp. l chopped parsley

Recipe preparation:

  1. Boil salt water in a large pot. Add the pasta and cook as indicated on the packaging. Leave 1/4 tbsp. water in which they cooked, drain the rest.
  2. Meanwhile, fry the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat. for 8 minutes, periodically turning over until it becomes crispy. Add spaghetti and left water to the pan and shake to mix thoroughly.
  3. Add eggs, parmesan, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp pepper mix. Cook for about 1 minute until the consistency of sour cream, constantly stirring so that the eggs do not curl and are not similar to omelette. Add the parsley. Sprinkle on top before serving Parmesan
