  • 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Butter
  • 1 tbsp. l chili seasoning
  • 1 lime juice, plus serving wedges
  • 1/2 tbsp. coarsely chopped fresh cilantro

Recipe preparation:

  1. Turn on the oven to warm up to 220 ° C. In a large bowl mix poblano and tomatoes with 1 tbsp. l olive oil. Season 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Lay on baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake about 25 min., until the vegetables become soft and brown in places. Set aside.
